You have to close down the software using the drivers before you can overwrite the file in System32. Copy/Paste wintab32.dll from either the Huion or the Wacom folder into System32 depending on what driver you want to use.Right-click on System32 and create a Shortcut.Like before, go to System32 and copy wintab32.dll.
Install the Wacom Drivers for your tablet. Paste wintab32.dll on in a folder on the Desktop called ‘Huion Drivers’. Go to System32 (C:\Windows\System32) and copy the file wintab32.dll. Install the Huion drivers for your specific tablet. This means you can work with both the Huion and Wacom drivers installed at the same time! Fixing the Huion and Wacom Driver Issue Instead of re-installing the drivers every time (and rebooting…) you can simply replace the file which determines which driver is active. The problem with working with both Wacom and Huion drivers is that the one you installed the last is the one which will work. Working with Both Huion and Wacom Drivers The only problem is, the Huion and Wacom drivers don’t work together at all. It’s more ergonomic and when I don’t need perfect brush strokes, it’s fantastic. The Kamvas is fantastic for sculpting in ZBrush or painting in Photoshop, but for texture painting or light graphical work, I far prefer the Intuos. I assumed that my new pen display would replace my Intuos, but in reality I find that I need to use both. 
I’ve been using a Wacom Intuos for years and recently I got a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus which allows me to also draw directly on the screen.
